Privacy & Cookie Policy
This page explains how BeHavior Hotel Ltd processes personal data collected through this website and what cookies or similar technologies the website uses, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the ePrivacy rules applicable in the European Union.
1. Data controller
BeHavior Hotel Ltd — Apartment 2, Block B, The Q6 Residence, Triq Il-Majjiera, St. Paul's Bay, Malta.

2. Data collected through the contact form
When you submit the private assessment form, we process the data you provide: hotel or company name, email address, hotel size and the content of your message.
- Purpose: responding to your request and carrying out the pre-contractual steps you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Recipients: your request is delivered by email to our operations contact. Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
- Retention: we keep the request only for the time needed to handle it and for any follow-up business relationship, after which it is deleted.
- Provision: providing the data is voluntary, but without a valid email address and a message we cannot answer your request.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies or third-party embedded services. Fonts and all other assets are served directly from this website's own domain — no request is sent to external providers while you browse.
The only storage used is one technical entry in your browser's local storage (bh-privacy-ack), created when you dismiss the notice banner, so that the banner is not shown again on your next visit. This technical storage is strictly necessary, contains no personal data and is exempt from the consent requirement. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
4. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted on servers located in the European Union. Like virtually every web server, the hosting infrastructure may record technical access logs (such as IP address, date and time of the request) for security and troubleshooting purposes. These logs are kept by the hosting provider for limited periods and are not used to identify visitors.
5. Your rights
Under Articles 15–21 GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to s.chianello@behaviorhotel.eu.
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Malta, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
